Neighbors in the Rains Circle Subdivision, Summerville, said they heard an explosion and saw smoke around 1:30 p.m. Saturday.

     An outbuilding burned to the ground before Summerville, Hays or Georgia Forestry could arrive. The fire was so quick that neighbors had no time to pour water on the building with a garden hose to save it. The outbuilding was totally destoryed.
